The staff were really friendly and made the night easy overall. I just wish the communication had been a bit clearer, because a few things weren’t explained well and it got kind of annoying having to figure it out as we went. Still, the people working there were nice and helpful.

Went with a group of friends and we were laughing and screaming pretty much the whole time lol. It was super fun, though I’d say if you’re not into surprises or get nervous easily, just know it can feel a bit intense in the moment. Still, I’m glad we did it together.

I went to Shocktoberfest last weekend, the set design was way cooler than I expected. I’ve been to a few haunted attractions before where things can feel kind of thrown together, but this felt a lot more polished. There were creepy little details everywhere, and some of the rooms looked like something out of a movie. It had that scary vibe without feeling cheap or cheesy. You can really tell they put a lot of work into it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I went mainly for the zombie attraction, it was better than I expected. The costumes were really gross in the best way, and the actors stayed in character the whole time, which made it feel way more intense. They definitely got me a few times. That said, a couple parts felt a little rushed, and I wish the setup had been slightly longer. Still, it ended up being a really fun night and actually creepy.

I wasn’t expecting it to be that scary, but I swear I was jumping every few minutes lol. Please tell me I’m not the only one who got caught off guard by it

I went with a few friends and had a great time. The puzzles were challenging without feeling random, which I appreciated because an escape room is way more fun when the clues actually make sense. We definitely got stuck a couple of times, but in a good way. The room itself looked cool, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for something fun to do that’s a little different from the usual plans, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely go back and try another room.

I went to Shocktoberfest with a few friends the other night after we grabbed food and debated for way too long about whether we needed jackets, and overall we had a good time. The haunted stuff itself was fun once we actually got inside — the actors were really into it and some of the sets looked awesome. The downside was definitely the wait times. A couple lines moved along decent enough, but others felt like we were just standing there forever, checking the time and making random small talk. It didn’t ruin the night, but it definitely slowed things down more than I expected. I’d still say it’s worth going, just go in knowing you might be waiting around a lot.

We got the VIP pass it was just worth it. The lines moved so much faster, and we ended up doing more in one night than we did last year. If you’re going on a busy weekend, I’d just pay the extra. It saved us a ton of waiting around

I bought our tickets on shocktoberfest.com and it was super easy!!! The site loaded without any drama, I picked our date and time, paid, and the email showed up right away!!! No confusing steps, no weird glitches, just done!!!

When we got there, I just pulled the ticket up on my phone and we got in fast!!! That’s really all I wanted, and it worked perfectly!!! I’d definitely use it again next year!!!

Some parts were creepy and entertaining, but a couple of them felt kinda short or like they were using the same scare again. The site worked fine overall, but I had a hard time finding clear wheelchair accessibility information. I had to click around more than I expected just to get the details I needed. It left me feeling a little frustrated, even though the rest of the experience was okay.

so I went to Shocktoberfest on a rainy night, it was still a fun time. There were a few covered areas that helped, but a lot of the lines were just out in the open, so things got muddy and messy fast.

The staff seemed like they were doing their best, but I really wish there had been better signs or more tents set up ahead of time. If you’re going when it might rain, definitely bring boots and a poncho.

There were definitely some fun moments, but the whole line situation took away from the experience. They really need to take responsibility for organizing it better, because it shouldn’t be on guests to figure everything out.

But then there were others who just seemed tired or like they were shouting random lines to get it over with, which got a little frustrating. Some of the timing felt off too, and I kept waiting for it to pick back up.
We still had fun overall, I just wish the energy had been more consistent the whole way through. When it was good, it was really good, but the weaker parts made me a bit impatient

I thought this would be a fun option for younger kids based on how it was described, but it didn’t really match the promise. It has some fun parts, sure, but it ended up being way scarier than expected. My kids were more freaked out than entertained, so I wouldn’t really recommend it for younger ones

I went to Shocktoberfest with a few friends, i felt safe the whole night! There were staff around pretty much everywhere, the lines were kept under control, and it didn’t feel like people were shoving or crowding too much like at some other events.

Security seemed really on top of things without being overbearing, which I appreciated. I also noticed the exits were clearly marked, and workers were giving directions when it got busy. It made it way easier to just enjoy the scares and have a fun night without stressing :)

I thought the idea was really fun, but the ticket prices felt steep for what you actually get. I wanted to go with a group of friends, but at that price it was hard to justify. Did anyone else feel the same way?

Well... I had a decent time overall. Some parts were genuinely fun, and you could tell the actors were really trying to make it entertaining.
That said, once you add tickets, fees, and food, it gets expensive quickly. I wouldn’t say it was a bad night out, but unless you’re really into haunted attractions, I’m not totally sure the value is there.

I don’t know, the place was mostly fine in the main areas, but the bathrooms really bothered me. They felt messy in a way that just kind of stuck with me. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but I definitely left feeling like it could’ve been cleaner.
